"System" tab

Field name	Field type	Description
Active user	Checkbox	Checking the box gives the employee access to Webdesk.
User access blocked	Checkbox	Checking the box prevents an employee's access
Payroll indicator	Text field	optional
Language	Dropdown	determines the language in which Webdesk is displayed for the employee
Layout/Skin	Dropdown	determines the appearance of Webdesk for the employee; selection options are "classic" and "responsive"
Menu	Dropdown	For the layout setting "responsive", you can choose between "Mobile" and "Desktop".
Link page with menu	Checkbox	The page opened in Webdesk is shown in the left-hand menu by a colored highlight on the menu item.

"Password" tab

Field name	Field type	Description
Password set	System field	shows when the password was last set
Reset password	Button	clicking it resets the password to the default
Reset and inform by email	Button	The password is reset to the default and a message is sent to the employee's business email address. (Prerequisite: valid email address on file)
