Comment	Text field	for additional information
Valid from	Date field	Mandatory field, with calendar. Start of the entitlement to payment.
Valid until	Date field	Mandatory field, with calendar. End of the entitlement to payment

"Bank Accounts" tab

BIC	Text field	Entry of the BIC of the employee's account
IBAN	Text field	Mandatory field, for the IBAN of the employee's account - Attention! There is no automatic check of the correctness of the entry!
Bank name	Text field	Name of the bank of the employee's account
Account for	Dropdown	with selection list, for a more detailed description of how the account is used (salary, travel, expenses)
Valid from	Date field	Mandatory field, with calendar
Valid until	Date field	Mandatory field, with calendar
