[WD-21121] - Improvement of the interface for providing account definitions by introducing a unique REST model and removing technical workarounds.

[WD-21129] - Fix for an issue where an error could occur when retrieving time tracking accounts for users without a first accounting day.
[WD-21124] - Fix for an issue where creating a new absence interval was not possible.
[WD-21119] - Fix for an issue where the assignment between persons and time tracking was partially missing in the user interface.
[WD-20313] - Fix for an issue where personal fields in the time tracking configuration appeared to be saved but were not permanently applied.

[WD-21123] - Fix for an issue where the amount entered in receipt items could change incorrectly after switching between tabs.
