Improvements

[WD-18112] - The use case tours were moved out of the Quick Guide page and transferred to a separate Webdesk action.

[WD-19604] - When ending a tour, the user was incorrectly redirected to the Quick Guide page. The user is now correctly returned to the page from which the tour was started.
[WD-19694] - In the "Edit My Project Times" view, incorrect attendance time totals were displayed in the pop-up. The calculation and display have been corrected.
[WD-19686] - The "TaAggregateCalendarDates" job incorrectly synchronized all entries to the group calendar on every run instead of only new or changed entries. The reconciliation mechanism was adjusted so that existing appointments are no longer transferred multiple times.
[WD-19669] - When saving an event, the status was not set from "DRAFT" to "RESERVED" as intended. After the correction, the status is now changed to "RESERVED" immediately upon saving.
