Improvements

[WD-19357] - In travel expense forms, only VAT rates with an actual value are now displayed. Values of 0 are hidden for a better overview.

[WD-19516] - When saving a daily program, account entries were lost if certain rows were left empty. This affected both direct editing and use as a template.
[WD-19524] - After removing a dashlet from the dashboard, it could not be added again. The removed dashlets disappeared completely from the system, even after logging in again.
[WD-19431] - When editing an existing travel expense form, the VAT rates for special cases were incorrectly displayed as 0.00, although the correct values were present in read mode.
[WD-19507] - With the "Show employees" option enabled, entering a search term in the org chart resulted in no results being displayed. The input form was grayed out and remained non-functional.
[WD-19531] - After switching from the "Persons" module to "Clients", the tabs were displayed incorrectly. Layout elements were not reloaded correctly and resulted in a faulty UI.
[WD-19532] - A faulty conversion of working time values caused an error message in the correction client for certain part-time constellations.
[WD-19548] - When exporting standard PTM reports to Excel, an empty file was generated even though data was displayed correctly in the system.
