New Features​

Webdesk Logout – SSO Integration​

  • [WD-18920] - Introduction of a new system option and optional client option to trigger an additional URL when logging out of Webdesk (e.g. to log out from external authentication providers).

  • [WD-18921] - A static logout page was implemented that is displayed to the user after a successful logout via SSO.

Improvements​

Client and SSO Configuration​

  • [WD-18396] - A new setting was introduced for configuring a client-specific Webdesk URL, which is now also used in emails.

  • [WD-19444] - It is now possible to completely disable login via user name/password as well as password reset for SSO clients.

Bug Fixes​

SSO & Authentication​

  • [WD-19414] - Fix for an issue where login to Webdesk failed when SSO and two-factor authentication were enabled at the same time.

Other Bug Fixes​

  • [WD-19433] - An error message occurred when an HR Expert user without local admin rights opened the organization tree.
  • [WD-19406] - Correction comments in the correction client were no longer displayed when a correction was made to an account with the unit "h" (hours).
  • [WD-19403] - When creating on-call duties on weekends, an overlap message was incorrectly displayed although there were no conflicts.
  • [WD-18395] - When system administrators edited groups, persons of other clients were also displayed in the person selection field.
