Improvements

[WD-18941] - An additional Edit button was added in the weekly program in the "Special Holidays" tab. This allows holidays to now be edited independently of the main program.
[WD-19299] - The "Is Running" column on the "Active Jobs" page can now be filtered to allow more targeted evaluation.

[WD-19339] - An error message occurred when adding a new row in the legislation management. This error was fixed so that new assignments can be created without problems again.
[WD-19270] - When loading pages, certain controls such as the active step or the primary button were not grayed out correctly. This behavior was corrected so that all relevant elements are now displayed consistently during the loading process.
[WD-19277] - In systems with mixed TA/PTM usage, an error message occurred when non-TA users opened the PTM booking form. This error was fixed so that users without a TA ID can also open the booking form.
[WD-18108], [WD-18700] – Two issues were fixed in the travel summary:
- The "Open in new tab" button was incorrectly displayed for groupings by person when only one trip existed.
- The export function was revised: Outdated buttons were removed and replaced by a new "Select & export" function.
[WD-19344] - The configuration for hiding administrative actions in HRX was not applied correctly. The behavior was corrected so that the corresponding options are only displayed if the corresponding permissions are present.
