Improvements

[WD-18867] - Employee appraisal feature: New option to disable the check for meeting dates in the past. In addition, the activity "Conduct meeting" is automatically assigned two days before the scheduled date and can also be skipped.
[WD-18747] - Unification of the log format in Webdesk for better analysis. In addition, a JSON log format was introduced that makes exporting to external log systems easier.
[WD-12976] - The correction client now provides buttons for recalculating as well as for switching directly to the editing view of person and absence data.
[WD-18415] - Support for up to 60 weekly cycles in the weekly program editor, including display of the cycle number and weekly totals.
[WD-18868] - Introduction of a system parameter for disabling the new HRX person creation dialog to avoid unwanted validation errors with customer-specific required fields.
[WD-16983] - Zero-minute bookings are automatically removed when the process is started to avoid unnecessary validation errors. A corresponding notice message is displayed.
[WD-11724] - Update of faulty action configurations with a missing file path to avoid potential sources of errors.
[WD-18795] - The loading time of all weekly programs was drastically reduced.
[WD-18792] - Editing project times in the monthly view (ptm_editTimeEfforts) was considerably sped up.

[WD-18761] - Fixed an error when deleting absences in the absence client.
[WD-18699] - Opening an absence reason without a saved icon caused the icon field to be incorrectly prefilled. The field now remains empty if no icon is defined.
[WD-18818] - After adding a project time in the monthly view of the project time tracking form, the expected empty row for entering further entries was missing.
[WD-18799] - The negative correction failed with an error message. The error in the workflow was fixed so that corrections are processed correctly again.
[WD-18405] - When applying certain filters in the journal (ta_getOrgJournal), the name of the affected person was no longer displayed in the first column. This display issue was fixed.
[WD-18829] - An error message occurred in the account correction if the system used a period instead of a comma as the decimal separator.
[WD-18866], [WD-18879] - Fixed two issues in evaluations (ta_getOrgJournal):
- Error message when opening the evaluation if it contains persons with an invalid weekly program (e.g. "0").
- The summary in the report header was restored.
[WD-18902] - An error message occurred when pasting copied project time entries in the project time tracking form without a from/to time specification.
[WD-18804] - An error message appeared when recording working hours on Saturday in the correction client. The underlying validation was adjusted.

[WD-18736] - The HR Expert logo was incorrectly displayed with Interflex branding at RBI. The Webdesk logo is now used correctly.
[WD-18784] - When opening persons or weekly programs in HR Expert, saving errors occurred that led to interrupted sessions or error messages.
[WD-18773] - Fixed an error where HR Expert could not be opened if the language German (Germany) was selected. The cause was an incorrect language code, which led to an error message. A fallback mechanism was implemented to allow usage even with missing text modules.
[WD-18835] - The selection field for the salary scheme (HrSalaryCode) was displayed empty during salary entry.
[WD-18772] - The "All Persons" view in HR Expert now also displays future entries correctly.
[WD-18798] - If multiple certificates of a person were about to expire, only one was previously displayed. Now all relevant certificates are correctly listed in the dashboard.

[WD-18252] - When calculating the mileage allowance, the date of the trip was used as the reference instead of the date of the mileage entry. This resulted in incorrect amounts being calculated.
[WD-18791] - For one-day domestic trips with certain classifications, an amount of 0 EUR was incorrectly calculated.
[WD-18802] - When selecting the calculation basis for travel expenses, an incorrect definition could be used under certain conditions.
[WD-18871] - An error message occurred for certain travel costs when different travel day types were passed.

[WD-18614] - Creating a new folder in a customer's menu tree caused an error message.
[WD-18418] - The list of process definitions could not be opened in the user menu.

[WD-18753] - In systems without the HR module, an error message occurred when opening the pseudonymization configuration. It is now checked whether the module is present before the action is executed.

[WD-18421] - Corrected the coloring of action cards in role management and in the event assistant so that they are now consistent with the design palette and displayed correctly in dark mode.
[WD-18732] - All export options are now displayed correctly again in the booking list, regardless of the device.
[WD-18759] - The layout in the TA tab of HRX is now also displayed correctly on large screen sizes.
[WD-18769] - A label was missing for an option in the user settings. It is now displayed correctly.
[WD-18560] - On mobile devices, the table "Within the Area of Responsibility of Role Holders" in the person editing form (po_editPerson) was too narrow and illegible. The display was improved.
[WD-18774] - The welcome page in some cases displayed an empty area for no apparent reason. The behavior was corrected.
[WD-18734] - The group calendar in the vacation request could sometimes not be loaded and displayed an error message instead.
[WD-18874], [WD-18876], [WD-18830] - Fixed various layout and display errors:
- Nested table rows in the event assistant were not displayed correctly.
- Coloring of the active assistant step in the Webdesk theme was adjusted.
- Corrected hover effects in the menu of the Interflex theme.
- Various frontend resource issues were eliminated.

[WD-18681] - Roles assigned to employees with a future validity date were not displayed under "Roles" until that date was reached. They are now displayed as expected.
[WD-18758] - Recurring error messages during registration were analyzed and eliminated, although they caused no functional restrictions.
[WD-18757] - An error message occurred when creating a new action configuration if a client was selected before saving.
[WD-18713] - The selection of persons, groups, or clients in the role form (po_editRole) no longer worked.
[WD-18814] - Deleted role assignments were still displayed as empty entries.

[WD-18875] - The deadline for canceling events was calculated incorrectly, causing room preparation tasks to start too late. The calculation logic was corrected.
