Improvements

[WD-18933] - The performance of the kiosk app was optimized: Client-side caching of slowly loading endpoints (e.g. project tree, absence reasons)

[WD-19126] - Fix for a problem where the job processor no longer processed jobs. The cause was an overload from too many log messages, which blocked the system.
[WD-18907] - On iOS devices, the time and date pickers closed prematurely in certain cases without the user having pressed "Done".
[WD-18939] - The receipts view was faulty on mobile devices after selecting a receipt type and no longer showed labels.
[WD-19183] - In the attendance list, absences were incorrectly displayed as attendances.
[WD-18872] - Anonymized absence reasons were still displayed in the group calendar when clicking on the reason.
[WD-18992] - Changing the meeting date incorrectly caused the evaluation period of the Appraisal Interview to change.
[WD-19175] - In certain cases, the "Confirmation" tab in the Appraisal Interview was not populated correctly with data (e.g. after validation errors or tab switching).
[WD-19114] - The total in the account evaluations was displayed regardless of the configuration.
[WD-19028] - In the cost center selection window of the event assistant, incorrect content was displayed in several columns.
[WD-19050] - The shutdown process of the tacon RMI server showed unnecessary error messages in the logs even though the service was terminated correctly.
