Improvements

[WD-18888] - The visual feedback when tapping tiles in the mobile menu was improved. The currently selected element is now easier to recognize and the contrasts were adjusted.
[WD-18863] - A new option was introduced that allows system messages to also be passed on to subgroups of a selected main group.

[WD-18979], [WD-19015] - The serial numbers of NFC tags were displayed incorrectly in certain views, which prevented assignment. In addition, the column "Holder" was renamed to Last Name, as it shows the last name of the holder of the NFC chip.
[WD-18630] - An error message occurred when changing the absence reason without first selecting a person. The behavior was corrected so that no error occurs anymore.
[WD-18884], [WD-18973] - Problems with the display of the date picker (popup for date fields in which you select a date) on mobile devices and behind modal windows were fixed. The user interface now responds as expected.
[WD-18893] - Added missing translations for weekly programs (cycle 5+).
[WD-19038] - Corrected a typo in the German translation.
[WD-19039] - The "Delete" button for acknowledgeable messages in the process lists was removed, as it was not intended in this context.
[WD-19054] - In isolated cases, the percentage distribution of attendance times across projects failed. The problem was fixed.
[WD-18856] - Fixed a technical problem with the replication caches.
[WD-18968] - The loading time of the HR Expert dashboard was significantly reduced. The cause was the permission check.
