Optimizations in Messaging and Approval Processes

[WD-18385] - The type of reminders in the journal approval process (email, workflow to-do, or both) can now be configured.

Bug Fixes in Journal and Absence Modules

[WD-16977] - The user experience for time entry in the mobile correction client was improved to prevent the time picker from closing unexpectedly.
[WD-18082] - Manually added comments in the correction client are now correctly included in the total number of comments.
[WD-18388] - Fixed an exception when opening the group calendar.
[WD-18389] - Comments in the day view mode of the correction client are now displayed correctly.
[WD-18390] - The attendance tableau can now also be opened without a GW license.
[WD-18392] - Removed an incorrect message in the journal approval popup.
[WD-18404] - Journal V2 no longer adds an additional hour when the account is negative.
