Improvements

[WD-19080] - Various corrections to text modules and typos in several components.

[WD-19126], [WD-19224] - Fixed issues where the job processor PWJob01 no longer executed jobs and no log entries were saved in the database. The cause was an overloaded logging component that blocked processing. The reliability of database logging was improved to avoid similar incidents in the future.
[WD-19192] - When exporting BIRT reports, the "Loading... Please wait" page remained open even though the download had already completed. This behavior was corrected – the page now closes automatically after a successful download.
[WD-19028] - In the event assistant, incorrect content was displayed in several columns in the cost center selection. The display was corrected, and the selection component was switched to the generic group selector, which now shows only accessible cost centers.
[WD-19109] - Error messages occurred when saving help texts, especially when only monolingual texts existed. The problem was fixed – help texts can now be saved without problems again.
[WD-19207] - A server error occurred when calling a tel: link via the action po_externalWebPage, which prevented the call from starting. The problem with the Content Security Policy was fixed.
[WD-19039] - In new processes for messages requiring confirmation, a "Delete" button was incorrectly displayed under "My Open Requests". It was removed.
