Improvements

[WD-18863] - A new option was introduced that allows system messages to also be passed on to subgroups of a selected main group.
[WD-18687] - The details of open tasks for acknowledgeable messages now additionally display the title of the message.

[WD-19043] - Various lists in "HRX" (e.g. "Contingencies" and "Evaluations") ignored the client selection and displayed all data system-wide.
[WD-19057] - Certificate expiration dates were not displayed in HRX reports.
[WD-19042] - System messages valid only for the current day were not displayed.
[WD-19063] - During the automatic shift change, an error message occurred on customer systems despite correct configuration.
[WD-19038] - Corrected a typo in the German translation.
[WD-19018] - Changes to calendar configurations were not saved.
[WD-19054] - In isolated cases, the percentage distribution of attendance times across projects failed. The problem was fixed.
[WD-18631] - In Personalwolke, an error occurred due to overfull queues.
