Improvements​

Optimizations in Messaging and Approval Processes

  • [WD-18253] - Inactive or terminated users no longer receive ACKN messages.

  • [WD-17789] - In the journal approval process, relevant information is now summarized in the details.

  • [WD-18275] - Absence reasons in the ta_CorrectionClient configuration are now searchable.

  • [WD-18285] - The estimated working time is now used for performance optimization in the dashboard and on the booking page.

  • [WD-17327] - Initial research on publishing an iOS app embedded in Webdesk was carried out.

  • [WD-18368] - The EVM tool agent now takes the ranking of role holders into account when replacing terminated persons in charge.

Bug Fixes​

Bug Fixes in Journal and Absence Modules

  • [WD-18251] - Creating a new person in the hrx-person-wizard now also works without errors with required fields that have form customizations.

  • [WD-18334] - Fixed an error when accessing the journal with the account "vktagkto".

  • [WD-18329] - The annual calendar no longer tries to load additional absence reasons when the corresponding feature option is disabled.

  • [WD-18345] - Fixed the faulty PDF export of the journal on high-resolution screens.

  • [WD-18377] - Fixed a security issue in the REST endpoint for absence intervals.

  • [WD-17575] - Corrected the display of selection fields with a double listbox setting in process forms.

  • [WD-18235] - The buttons for monthly approvals are now also displayed when the start of the TA matches the earliest permitted month.

  • [WD-18237] - The CSV export of account columns in JournalV2 now shows the correct values instead of "object Object".

  • [WD-18241] - Filters in the orgJournal can now be hidden but remain active and affect the results.

  • [WD-18339] - Fixed an NPE on failed on-prem Exchange login, and the cause of the error is now logged correctly.

  • [WD-18343] - Fixed an error when booking "Absent" during "Attendant" status in the time-mobile-app.

  • [WD-18344] - The selection of time reasons in the correction and absence clients is now consistent with version 4.58.

  • [WD-18360] - The "syncCalendarDates" job now correctly synchronizes absences with Outlook/O365.

  • [WD-18370] - Fixed an NPE in SimpleDataListHelper.loadAndParseSDLColumnTypes.

  • [WD-18380] - Fixed a problem with "XXXXX" in calculation comments for German travel expenses.

  • [WD-18381] - Fixed an error when opening dialog popups in the attendance tableau with an invalid locale.
