Release Notes Webdesk EWP R3.2.2

General Information​

As of version 3.2.2, the parameter "useRecordTransformerForOrgLists" should be set to "true", since this has a positive effect on the performance of all reports (Webdesk Administrator - System parameters).

Features​

  • After submitting a request via the context menu from the journal, you now return to the journal after the process starts.
  • Business Trip module: alternative accounting for receipts added
  • Business Trip module: the Vehicle column can now be hidden in the mileage allowance
  • Performance improvements in transfer booking
  • Workflow list: bulk processing of requests is now possible
  • Performance of the DB connectors was improved
  • Summarize connector: it is now possible to filter out rows with amounts of 0
  • Travel request and travel expense report: attaching files is now possible

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed the error in Booking / Time correction booking file (cost center - cost type)
  • Master data/Accounts: Fixed the conversion error in the right column
  • EditRole.js: when deleting a role competence assignment, the deputy was not taken into account
  • Groupware module: synchronization no longer duplicates requests
  • Calling a configurable action as firstAction is possible again
  • Rescheduling module: Changes to reschedulings after saving are now taken into account correctly again for the entered period
  • Business Trip module: Twelfths grid in the per diem calculation was corrected
  • Business Trip module: Route details are no longer overwritten with default values when changed
  • Permissions into the future are now handled correctly
  • Fixed the i18n problem: text modules in the permission request are correct again
  • Log mails for jobs are sent again
  • Correction note for monthly approval was made easier to understand
  • Users without an entry date appear in the monthly approval again
  • Calculation of unscheduled/scheduled vacation in management lists was corrected
  • Changes to saved time corrections are now applied (deleting rows)
  • Job Swap daily programs now takes into account employees who joined during the query period
  • Master data/Accounts: The heading of the left column is displayed again
  • Anonymizing absence reasons is now also possible for absence reasons entered by the hour
