Required Manual Changes​

  • Attendance board:

    • Translation for ta_getAttendanceTableau.act_selectiontree is missing****

      • po_selectiontree -> ta_selectiontree -> ta_getAttendanceTableau.act_selectiontree(inheritance)
      • ta_getAttendanceTableau.act_selectiontree must be adjusted manually if this did not happen automatically.
      • The key exists twice. Removing duplicate text modules is a TODO for 3.2

  • Help message:

    • The general permission must be set!

  • Daily permissions in the absence and time correction processes:

    • The corresponding tabs already exist, but this configuration will not be functional until Webdesk 3.2

  • Time & Attendance reports with account information

    • It is now possible to manually define a decimal separator and a formatting pattern for the account value.
    • These values must be corrected after the update, since an empty value results in a rounded integer value!

  • New parameters in the system parameters:

Features​

  • OrgJournalWithFilter:

    • The selection list now also contains all pstamm field names
    • Technical restriction is no longer displayed in the list

  • Journal:

    • The context menu for the journal is now configurable

  • Permissions:

    • Creating a permission request is now possible even without an alternative value
    • Correction note analogous to time correction: When a permission is set in the 6020 system, a correction note should be written, analogous to time correction

  • Booking:

    • The absence reason "working from home" is now configurable
    • The booking screen automatically returns to the welcome screen after 15 minutes of inactivity

  • Languages:

    • If no default language was defined during setup, the first language created is now automatically adopted as the default language
    • Language settings can now be made both by the administrator and via the user settings document
    • It is now possible to create custom text modules in a form
    • It is now possible to filter the text modules in the translation by language code (e.g. [en]), which displays the text modules that have not yet been changed.

  • SimpleProcessDesigner:

    • Absence reason numbers are now also displayed in the SimpleProcessDesigner
    • Expert mode for escalation was removed
    • Validation of the process name added: The process name may only contain letters (without umlauts), hyphens and underscores and must begin with a letter
    • Process definitions without workflow steps can now be saved.

  • WF lists:

    • Filtering by process author is now possible.

  • Groupware:

    • Deleting the GW cache is now possible
    • Notes server is now supported

  • Help

    • Context-sensitive help system introduced

  • Limits for requests were introduced: A request can now be forwarded automatically after a certain period of time

  • It is now possible to prevent users from forwarding requests that were created for them

  • Action permissions now also apply to loose groups and individual persons

  • Account correction:

    • A detail view for account corrections is now available

  • Transfer bookings:

    • Loose groups are now also displayed in the configuration
    • Transfer booking views extended by the following 2 functions:
      • Show all open:
        all transfer booking requests that have not yet been approved by previous roles -> approve up to the current role holder (role competence of the action)
    • Release all displayed:
      • Save and complete all transfer booking requests -> tool agent is started

  • Setup: Authentication selection was removed; settings are now available via system parameters

  • System messages:

    • It is now possible to enter system messages visible to everyone
    • Parameter added to the system parameters to define the display duration in days
    • Configurable list for viewing system messages added

  • Holidays can now be reloaded without restarting the server

  • Ajax functionality added (? from ticket Upgrade Cocoon)

  • Name validation for:

    • Role: workflowid is validated
    • Groups
    • Person: (username, email)
    • Languages
    • Actions
    • keyvalues: name + keyword

  • Java 1.5 is now supported

  • Logs:

    • Users newly created via job can be displayed

  • Organization chart:

    • Technical roles are no longer displayed

  • Registration was accelerated

  • OR and AND operators added to the search in lists

  • Job added to refresh the WF cache

  • Admin functions can also be defined for users

Fixes​

  • Various corrections in translations

  • Switch problem: Supervisors have to approve their own requests again

  • Column width of HTML and PDF output in statistics could not be overridden: maximum length increased

  • Performance of WF lists improved

  • Connectors:

    • Problems with SQL restriction fixed
    • Problem with saving connectors in IE6 fixed
    • Problem with group synchronization (deletion enabled, hierarchical group, renaming) fixed

  • Monthly journal:

    • Excel export of the monthly journal: "Problem with multiple bookings on one day" fixed
    • Account summary is displayed correctly again

  • ORG calendar:

    • Searching by name can now also be confirmed with ENTER
    • Query period extended to 12 months (in the future and the past)

  • ORG journal:

    • Searching by name with AND and OR operators is now possible

  • Organization chart:

    • Employees are now sorted alphabetically
    • "Attaching" groups works again

  • Roles:

    • Fixed an error that prevented assigning a role directly to a client when no inheritance direction is set

  • Fixed a problem where escalation without an approver was not permitted

  • Fixed an error when changing "View of subgroups -> Yes" for existing permissions

  • buildCustomGroups:

    • Expression tree was reworked; multiple operators and parentheses work again

  • System parameters:

    • Parameter daystoLive causes an error after the update

  • Fixed an error with dynamic loose groups --> action permission (view permission does not apply)

  • Link tables are now also deleted when a person is deleted

  • Transfer booking:

    • Requests are only created if the balance account is greater than or equal to the minimum value from the process definition -> "Ignore min value from process" added
    • Mail notifications for transfer booking requests can now be deactivated
    • Formatting of the transfer booking list corrected
    • Parameter "notDeletableByProzessAuthor" added

  • Umlauts in WF lists are now interpreted correctly

  • System notifications:

    • monthsToCheckIntoFuture is now filled with 0 by default

  • Permission:

    • The current day is no longer carried over into daily values

  • Sorting in the WF lists was corrected
