Purpose and Status​

The job cleans up outdated TA references between HR employments and the person data. It requires HR and TA, runs transactionally, and is inactive by default in the job descriptor.

Processing​

  • For each HrPersonEmployment with a TA ID, a check is made whether the associated TA person record still exists.
  • TA IDs that no longer exist are removed from the employment.
  • Affected person data is then reconciled with a valid replacement TA ID from the employments.
  • During selection, valid employments are preferred; secondary employments take precedence, after which the most recent valid-from date decides. If no valid employment exists, historical employments are considered.

The number of checked, cleaned-up, and updated records is output in the job log.
