This tab is used to record family members who work in the company.

Use cases here are:

  • Emergency contact
  • Co-insured dependents?
  • Which relatives receive family allowance?
  • Is garnishment possible based on maintenance entitlement?

Family Members​

In this area, the employee's relatives are entered. Use cases here are:

  • Emergency contact
  • Co-insured dependents?
  • Which relatives receive family allowance?
  • Is garnishment possible based on maintenance entitlement?

If required, the address of each relative can be taken over from the employee's address.

Marital Status​

Here you can enter all marital statuses and last names of the employee with history tracking.
