Person Mask in HR-Expert
This mask is used to record the personal data of an employee.
This mask is almost entirely customizable.
At a minimum, the menu items Details, Organization with the Groups submenu and possibly Positions, and the menu item Employment are displayed. All other menu items can be activated individually.
At first glance you can see the full name, the employee number, and the company affiliation. Optionally, a photo of the employee can be displayed.
Next to this photo, general details are displayed such as organizational unit, weekly hours, date of birth, and gender.
System buttons on this page are "Edit" to adjust data, "Delete," and "Immediate termination" and "Social insurance registration" to switch directly to this subdirectory. In edit mode, these buttons change to "Cancel" and "Save".
