Job Trial Clients Management

Purpose and status

The job manages clients with the status TRIAL. It cannot be configured via a job form of its own and is active by default in the job descriptor.

Processing

• On the configured reminder day, a reminder e-mail is sent to the persons of the trial client. Subject and content come from the central options Reminder mail subject and Reminder mail body.
• After the trial period has expired, the client status is set to TRIAL_EXPIRED and saved.
• The number of days for the reminder is likewise read from the central options.

Before activating, check the central trial client configuration and the recipient addresses.
