Purpose and status​

The job creates or updates the person license assignments from the customer cloud licenses. It is configurable and inactive by default in the job descriptor.

Configuration​

  • Days in the past to generate person licenses (daysInPast): Specifies how many days are processed retroactively.
  • If the value is left empty or is 0, only the current day is processed. With a positive value, all days from the calculated start date up to today are processed.

Processing​

For each processing day, the job calls the cloud license service to generate the person licenses. A negative value is logged as a misconfiguration and reset to the current day.
