TmTravelConnector
The task of the TmTravel connector is to deliver travel data, which is then forwarded for payout to a downstream system.
Since this payout always represents the last step of the actual travel expense report workflow, all trips read are also modified after a successful synchronization with this connector:
- A new status is set in the trip (so that the next synchronization run no longer delivers this trip)
- (optionally) the date of the synchronization is written back to the trip record. In this way, evaluations can easily show when a trip was transferred.
Of course, the Travel connector can also be used "only" for reading, without setting a trip status or a transfer date. This can be specified in the connector configuration.
TmTravelConnector configuration
- Parent connector
The TmTravelConnector is selected as the parent connector - Name
Name of the new connector (should differ from TmTravelConnector) - Connector can write
- Trip status to be set
This parameter makes it possible to determine the status that is to be set after completion. The specified status is set on all selected business trips after reading and performing the sync, example: Expense_Transfered (Expense report transferred) - Set transfer date
If this option is enabled, the transfer date is filled with today's date via the connector framework after reading and performing the sync!
