Purpose and Status​

The job redistributes the monthly project time efforts based on the underlying attendance time and saved percentages. It is configurable and active by default in the job descriptor.

Configuration​

  • Months in the past to redistribute (monthsInPast): Start month of processing relative to the current month. The value must be at least 1.

Processing​

Starting from the first day of the calculated start month, up to and including the current month, all persons with monthly attendance data are determined. For each month, the working time in minutes is used; if it is 0, the saved monthly attendance time serves as a substitute. Existing monthly project time efforts are then saved again on a relative basis.
